Edition Ledger
Privacy Policy

Your inventory stays in your own account.

Effective October 11, 2026

Data collection

We do not collect, receive, sell, or share your personal information, artwork inventory, photos, locations, notes, or usage data. The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, user accounts, or a backend service of ours.

Storage and iCloud sync

The information you enter, including photos and Artist Record details, is stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, Edition Ledger also keeps it in your private iCloud storage so your iPhone and iPad show the same inventory. This data is held by Apple in your own iCloud account; we cannot see or access it. You can turn sync off for Edition Ledger in Settings > your name > iCloud, and you control any CSV or PDF export through the iOS share sheet.

App Store purchase

Edition Ledger is a paid download with no in-app purchase. Apple handles the download purchase. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple Account credentials.

Children

Edition Ledger is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
