Where is my data?

Your inventory, artwork photos, locations, and Artist Records are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they also sync through your private iCloud storage to your other iPhone or iPad, with no account to create. Without iCloud, the app works on one device only.

My iPhone and iPad do not match

Open Settings > your name > iCloud and make sure Edition Ledger is on for both devices and both use the same Apple Account. Keep the app open on each device for a minute while it syncs.

How do I keep a copy?

Use Export in the app to create an inventory CSV or an Artist Record PDF, then save or share it through iOS.

How do I add a photo?

Open or create a numbered copy and choose Take photo to use the camera, or Add photo to choose an image from Photos. The image is saved with the copy and syncs through your iCloud like the rest of your inventory.

Need help with a download purchase?

Edition Ledger is a paid App Store download, with no in-app purchase. Apple handles payment, purchase history, and refund requests.
